Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AuthorNext, all services are provided on a professional engagement basis involving planning, consultation, editorial work, formatting, design, publishing support, and promotional assistance.

Once a service engagement has commenced in any manner whatsoever, all payments made are final, non-cancellable, non-transferable, and strictly non-refundable.

No refund, partial refund, reversal, return, or compensation shall be applicable under circumstances including but not limited to: dissatisfaction, change of intention, change in publishing strategy, personal reasons, delay caused by client-side responses, withdrawal of manuscript, or commercial underperformance.

Payments made towards ghostwriting, editing, formatting, cover design, branding, publishing support, distribution, promotional services, and consultation are considered final once the service has been initiated, scheduled, or reserved.

By proceeding with payment and confirming the service, the client expressly waives any present or future right to demand refund, reimbursement, or compensation for services already initiated or rendered.

In exceptional circumstances involving duplicate payments caused solely by technical error, the matter may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis upon written request.

Any approved refund under such exceptional circumstances, if applicable, shall be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

By using this website and making payment, the client is deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted this policy.
